Bearing Assembly in Cartridge Design greatly reduce downtime when it comes to bearing maintenance. Bearing are protected by Elastomer seals and set of piston ring. Grease purge labyrinth keeps dirt and moise away from contaminated bearing and ensure longer bearing service.
Hard Chrome Iron or Elastomer in all wear materials give unequaled in slurry handling. The wet end materials supplied in several sections for more efficient running cost. The impeller also has side sealing vanes which reduce gland pressure and leakage and also reducing intrusion of slurries to the sealing area.
